île d’Orléans
I was enamored with the landscape of île d’Orléans, just north of Old Quebec City.
I was struck by the loneliness and solitude of the farmscapes. Often was most present was what was missing. This series captures the beauty of the landscape and solitude of the farmland.

Twood Vacillation
2019 | Bronze with Steel Plinth | 28’'H x 16''W x 12’’D | Edition of 8
With a pensive downward gaze and clenched hands, Twood Vacillation reflects our current political climate, where our elected officials sit by while our democracy, our personal safety, and our environment are deeply threatened by lack of action through selective and willful ignorance. The heft and weight of the bronze juxtaposed against the negative space where there should be a chair accentuates the perilous balance of our times. Click here to learn more about Twoods >
